Nicola has 20 years accounting experience across many sectors including the manufacturing and service industries. A highly organised problem solver, she has successfully led the management of crisis and significant business changes throughout her career. Nicola has been in the role of Finance Director at The Gate for 11 years, on a day-to-day basis, she manages a team of two and is responsible for financial management, reporting, client contracts and HR across our two Scottish offices. Nicola is continuously working to improve the financial reporting, efficiency and best practice within the business.
